User Service Agreement

I. Introduction

Welcome to the “Spatial Insight” application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”). This App is developed and entirely owned by Nanjing Femtosecond Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “Femto”). Before you download, install, or use this App, please carefully read and understand this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as this “Agreement”). Your downloading, installation, and usage of the App constitute your acknowledgment that you have read and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

II. Software License and Usage Guidelines

  1. Scope of License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to download, install, and run this App on your mobile smart device solely for your personal spatial logic and cognitive training purposes (non-commercial use).
  2. Intellectual Property Protection: All program code, UI design, 3D models, puzzle generation algorithms, trademarks, and layouts within this App are protected by copyright laws and relevant intellectual property laws. Without our prior explicit written consent, you shall not:
  • Reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code and core algorithms of the App.
  • Copy, modify, scrape, or distribute the 3D models or generated data within the App to develop similar derivative products.
  • Crack or modify the App’s operating logic or local save files through any illegal means.

III. Privacy and Personal Information Protection

We highly respect and protect your personal privacy. This App is a purely local, offline application that does not contain any account system and does not collect sensitive information such as your device identifiers or biometrics. For specific rules regarding our data storage practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

IV. Disclaimer

  1. “As-Is” Provision: This App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and fluency of the software algorithms, we make no absolute warranties that the App will be entirely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly compatible with all specific devices.
  2. No Exam Performance Guarantee: This App is intended to assist you with 3D spatial logic training. The puzzle generation mechanisms and difficulty simulations are for reference only. We do not guarantee that using this App will directly improve your scores in any real-world examinations. Any test preparation results and associated risks arising from the use of this App are borne entirely by you.
  3. Risk of Data Loss: All training data and preference settings for this App are stored locally on your device. If your progress is lost due to App uninstallation, clearing app data, or device damage, we cannot provide cloud recovery services and shall not be held liable.

V. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

  1. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. The modified Agreement becomes effective immediately upon publication. If you continue to use the App after the modifications have been made, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.
  2. If you violate any terms of this Agreement (especially concerning intellectual property infringement), we reserve the right to demand that you immediately stop using and destroy all copies of the App, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
