Spatial Insight (hereinafter referred to as the “Product” or “App”) is a tool focused on spatial logic and cognitive training, developed by Nanjing Femtosecond Information Technology Co., Ltd. We deeply understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to strictly protecting your privacy. Given the purely functional and offline training nature of this App, we have formulated this concise and highly specific Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

As a purely local 3D spatial logic training tool, this App does not collect, process, or upload any personally identifiable information or device network information.

  • Local Settings and Training Data: To ensure a quality user experience, the App records your preferences (e.g., spatial grid size, drag and rotation sensitivity) and training history (e.g., number of correct/incorrect answers).
  • Storage Method: All the aforementioned data is strictly stored in your device’s local sandbox via the local engine mechanism. We will not upload, back up, or transmit any data to any external cloud servers.
  • Zero Sensitive Permissions Commitment: During operation, this App will absolutely not request any privacy-sensitive system permissions, such as access to your camera, microphone, photo album, contacts, geographic location (GPS), Bluetooth, or advertising tracking identifiers.

2. Third-Party SDKs and Network Requests

  • Purely Offline Operation: The current version of this App is a 100% local, offline application. All puzzle data is generated in real-time by local algorithms on the device and does not rely on any network interfaces.
  • No Third-Party Data Sharing: This App does not integrate any third-party commercial SDKs intended for user profiling, commercial advertising, or privacy data extraction (such as external data analysis tools). We will not share any of your behavioral or device characteristic data with any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals.

3. Data Security and User Management Rights

  • Data Security: All your training progress and configurations are securely enclosed within your personal device. As long as your device’s system environment is secure, other applications cannot cross-access this App’s local save files.
  • Data Deletion: Since all data is stored exclusively locally, you can completely and permanently erase all your usage traces within this App at any time by selecting “Clear data” in your system settings or by directly uninstalling the App.

4. Protection of Minors

This App is primarily intended for individuals with a need for spatial cognitive training. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should ask your guardian to carefully read this policy. Although this App does not collect any personal privacy data, we recommend that minors reasonably arrange their training time under the guidance of a guardian to protect their eyesight.
